Creamy, crunchy, and finished with a crisp chocolate snap — Champion Squares are the kind of nourishing treat that feels like dessert while fueling your day.
The rich SunButter creates a smooth, almost fudge-like center, hearty oats add satisfying texture, and a layer of dark chocolate brings the perfect bite. Keep a batch in the freezer for busy mornings, afternoon pick-me-ups, or those moments when you want something comforting that also nourishes your body.

heart • body • spirit notes
One of my favorite things about these squares is that they don't try to be a substitute for dessert.
They're simply made from nourishing ingredients that happen to taste incredible together.
The creamy SunButter, wholesome oats, rich chocolate, and hint of vanilla create something that feels comforting without requiring complicated ingredients or hours in the kitchen.
Sometimes caring for ourselves isn't about perfection.
Sometimes it's just having something homemade waiting in the freezer after a long day.
